Introduction
Our energy efficient home has a maximum occupancy of six (6) people.
It is a smoke free and pet free environment
Slippers (supplied) are to be worn while inside our home.
Savings—those attending Haliburton School of the Arts (Fleming College) receive a 10% discount. Proof of enrolment required.
Pricing

Weekly Rate = $849.00 (less 10% for Arts School participants)
Extra 2 nights (Friday/Saturday) = $150.00 per night

Availability
Please contact us to confirm availability and book your stay at Woodland Vista.
Payment
- A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking.
- Bookings shall be confirmed by Woodland Vista upon payment of your deposit.
- The balance is due four (4) weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period, along with our booking application/liabilities/terms and conditions form.
- If the renter books the accommodation less than four (4) weeks from the date of arrival, the full rental charge shall be payable by certified cheque upon booking.
Notes:
- A refundable accidental damage deposit of $350.00 is required when booking application/liabilities/terms and conditions form is returned
- Payment by cheque only ... certified if less than four (4) weeks before arrival
- A 15% premium on major holiday bookings ... Christmas, Easter, March Break, Thanksgiving, New Years
Cancellation
Any cancellation made by the renter shall be in writing addressed to the owner. On receipt of such notice of cancellation, the owner shall make every effort to re-rent the home accommodation for the entire period originally booked.
If the owner is successful in renting the home accommodation for the entire period originally booked, a refund of all dollars paid will be made less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
If the owner shall only succeed in re-renting the home accommodation for a portion of the period originally booked, a refund will be paid relating to the period rebooked, less a cancellation fee of $100.00.
If the owner shall be unable to re-rent the home accommodation at all, then all dollars paid by the renter shall be forfeited to the owner.
