ALL IS WELL - A Healthful Lifestyle Retreat
“Health care is self care”- Dr. Fuhrman

INTRODUCTION
Chief Seattle (1854):
“All things are connected. Whatever befalls the Earth, befalls the sons of the earth. Man did not weave the web of life, he is merely a strand in it. Whatever he does to the web, he does to himself.”
Dr. Oz:
“I am a cardiovascular surgeon infatuated with the challenge and promise of high tech medicine and surgery. Nonetheless, I have become convinced that the most overlooked tool in our medical arsenal is harnessing the body’s own ability to heal through nutritional excellence.”
World Health Organization:
“Households should select predominantly plant-based diets rich in vegetables and fruits, beans or legumes, and minimally processed starchy staple foods.”
Dr. Fuhrman:
“We are eating food that is deficient in nutrients and fibre. More of us than ever before are eating high-calorie foods while remaining inactive - a dangerous combination!”
I have come to realize that I must continue to educate myself and in turn others in what has become a passion: sustainable wellness for us and for Planet Earth…
- Eating healthy, nutrient dense foods
- Having activity in my life
- Having stillness in my life
- Living more lightly
My wife and I have had the wonderful good fortune to meet connected human beings such as a food director, chefs, holistic nutritionists, athletic trainers, retreat specialists, life coaches and Dr. J. Fuhrman who truly value healthier living. As a result, we are able to offer a sustainable home, a secluded natural setting and a healthful lifestyle retreat package that we believe, will create a paradigm shift for you to begin and/or enhance your personal wellness journey.
We truly hope, if it is your decision to use our home as your personal retreat time that it becomes a relaxing and rejuvenating opportunity; as well as a ‘refreshing education’ in how we all can make better choices for a more healthful lifestyle.
Respectfully,
Barb & Rob Taylor
